LIHNN HCLU

The LIHNN Co-ordinating Committee can cover catering costs for LIHNN meetings but only if the request is made before the meeting takes place.

Please use the LIHNN Hospitality request form (updated May 2017) to make your application.

Before the event:

  • Complete section 1 (Your Details) and the relevant part of section 2 (Hospitality Details) of the approved form and provide:
    • your details
    • meeting details,
    • catering required
    • approximate cost
  • Send the completed form to HCLU.
  • If the expenditure is approved, David Stewart or Linda Ferguson will complete section 2 and then the signed form will be sent back to you.

After the event:

  • Complete section 3 (Payment Details) of the form
  • Return the signed form, an invoice and any associated receipts to Susan Smith (LIHNN Treasurer) for payment to be made.

N.B. No payments will be made unless the application form has been authorised by HCLU and an accompanying invoice has been received.
