HCLU and Network News

NHS North West Regional eResources Statistical Report 2017-18: an error was spotted in this report and a corrected version is now on the website along with the Athens session data for the period. The errors are with organisations that amalgamated. The usage data remains the same but the numbers of accesses per headcount of staff has changed in 3 organisations.

LIHNNK-Up: The indexes are now up to date and available on the website

Next Bulletin: The next bulletin will be published on the 1 March 2019

 

Knowledge for Healthcare News

Topol – a fantastic opportunity for library and knowledge servicesThe Topol Review, formally “Preparing the healthcare workforce to deliver the digital future” was launced this week by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. It is threaded through with references to knowledge management and the role of knowledge specialists to “accelerate the adoption of proven innovations”.

Train the Trainer Workshop (Health literacy) - Wednesday 20 February 2019 - 10:00 – 16:00 Are you interested in training others on health literacy? If you have already attended a health literacy awareness training session, this is an opportunity for you to become an accredited health literacy awareness trainer, jointly with HEE and the Community Health and Learning Foundation.
